Was macht es aus, dass Menschen selbstbewusst sind und sich überzeugend präsentieren können, während andere es nicht einmal schaffen ihre Botschaft zu transportieren?
Eines der wichtigsten Wirkungsmittel ist unsere Sprache. Ich verrate Ihnen heute was Sie nicht tun dürfen und wie sie sich unterscheiden können.
1. Leise Sprechen
Menschen die nicht laut und deutlich ihre Statements abgeben finden kein Gehör. Weder nuscheln noch aus Unsicherheit immer leiser zu werden bringt sie weiter. Erheben sie ihre Stimme, sagen sie klar und präzise, was sie zu sagen haben.
2. Schnell Sprechen
Die Zuhörer können uns nicht folgen und schalten ab, wenn wir ihnen nicht die Chance geben über das Gesagt nach – zudenken. Machen sie Pausen, holen sie Luft. Bereiten sie sich genau auf die zur Verfügung stehende Zeit vor. Tipp: Üben sie lautes Lesen mit ihren Kindern oder lesen sie dem Partner einen Zeitungsartikel vor. Betonen sie bewusst zwei Passagen, die die anderen herausfinden müssen. Oder üben sie 5 Minuten am Tag mindestens vor einer Präsentation mit einem Stöpsel im Mund, so trainieren sie ihre Aussprache.
3. Zu viel reden
Wir dürfen über alles reden, nur nicht über 30 Minuten. Überlegen sie ihre Hauptbotschaft und kommen sie zum Punkt. Wenn sie schon länger reden müssen, überlegen sie, wie sie ihr Publikum unterhalten.
4. Weich machen
Viele Menschen verwenden beim Sprechen aus Unsicherheit sogenannte Füllwörter, die das Gesagte klein und unbedeutend machen. Ich würde gerne, ich sollte, vielleicht, eigentlich, Ähm, dürfte ich, ich wollte…
5. Negative Wörter
Kennen sie erfolgreiche Menschen, die die ganze Zeit Jammern alles als Last, Stress, Druck und Unangenehme empfinden? – Im Gegenteil diese haben eine positive Einstellung und verwenden positive Wörter. Sie sehen Heraus-forderungen keine Belastungen, sie sagen Chancen und nicht Probleme sie spüren Veränderungen und keine Krise. Tipp: Nehmen sie eine Präsentation, ihren Gedächtnisanker oder ein Verkaufsgespräch einmal auf (Inzwischen kann das jedes Handy). Beobachten sie ganz bewußt ihre Sprache, achten sie auf diese Weichmacher und ersetzten sie durch eine Pause oder kräftige Aussagen wie ich bin, ich kann, ich mache. Hören sie genau hin, welche Wörter verwenden sie, welche sind überflüssig, welche negativ? Können sie ihre Botschaft einfacher, prägnanter, klarer und positiver ausdrücken? Tun sie es!
6. Kein Blickkontakt
Egal wo und mit wem wir Sprechen. Erst durch ansehen wir ansprechen möglich. Sie müssen ihr Gegenüber, ihr Publikum ansehen, damit sie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Menschen fühlen sich direkt angesprochen, wahr-genommen und wertgeschätzt.
7. Körpersprache passt nicht
Aufgrund unserer Unsicherheit neigen wir vor allem am Anfang von Präsentationen zu Unsicherheitssignalen, die unser Körper unbewusst zeigt. Verschränkte Arme, Gestik zum Kopf, Kratzen, unruhige Beine sogenannte Distanzsignale…. Achten sie auf festen Stand, aufrechte Haltung und offene Gestik vor allem zu Beginn!
